Attention Wal-Mart Shoppers

Unfortunately, I was forced to shop at Wal-Mart yesterday (not really forced, but I was too lazy to drive an extra mile to Target). Fortunately, my perception of the typical Wal-Mart shopper changed when I spotted him.

I love living in Cleveland's historic Shaker Square neighborhood. Because of its diversity there are regular sightings of exotic pretty boys, like him, on a regular basis.

Once again, this summer, my landlord has been very thoughtful in making certain his tenants have plenty of nice.... err.... uhm.... landscaping to look at.

if you sometimes feel like somebody's watching you...

Typically I wouldn’t make a public statement of an assumptive nature about someone I’ve captured in my guydar series. However, given that my iPhone shots of him keep coming out a bit blurry and unidentifiable, I believe this to be a safe space. Let me tell you, this dude is fine, and that’s fine spelled P-H-Y-N-E. This snapshot does him no justice whatsoever. He’s got this masculine thugishness about him that is driving me wild. I don’t know if he’s new around here, or where he’s been hiding the past couple summers, but I first spotted him hanging around my hood earlier this summer (here). Now, I’m running into him all the time. I’ve made it my mischevious mission to get him to agree to let me photograph him in a controlled setting. That is, once I get up the courage to speak. Wish me luck.

If this dude in my previous guydar post gets the “hottest guy spotted in a wifebeater so far this summer”  award then the above is certainly worthy of my “hottest man at work so far this summer” award. Today I spotted him on his lunch break and one can’t blame me for being quick to whip out my iPhone, ay? Hot... hot.... hot...

Hot in Cleveland!

This weekend was the annual Buckeye Jazz  and Arts Festival in da hood right around the corner from my spot. I always look forward to this every year, not just for the music, but for the mere fact that there ain’t nothing that brings the muscle-bound shirtless brothas out like a good ‘ole block party in 90 degree weather. The only disappointments this year is that the festival was only two days instead of three, and due to other commitments this weekend I only got to stop by for a short while. But I did manage to catch a few shots you might like. And if this ain’t enough for you check out my shots from last year.
